Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any recognized university.
∎ MBA would be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure quality parameters as per buyer requirement;
∎ Manage internal & external clients expectations related to quality management and effective, communicate, corporate quality expectation across the company;
∎ Visiting the customer's factory after receiving complaints and inspecting the problems.
∎ Assist in handling returns, replacements & maintain necessary documents.
∎ Person is responsible for quality operations including planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting function;
∎ Capable to make decision for color & quality in Dye sections.
∎ Instead of section Head need to lead & mentors quality assurance team members.
∎ Quality assessments, audits and communicates quality information throughout the organization.
∎ Report to Section Head.
∎ And any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) experience in garments, Accessories factories.
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Textile Industry is require.
∎ Excellent communication skill both English & Bengali;
∎ Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated;
∎ Able to work under pressure.
