Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
∎ Must be procured at the right time, in the right quantity, and of the right quantity.
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare a comparative statement for management decision.
∎ Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock collecting quotations, prepare comparative analysis Inspection and acceptance of goods, verification of invoices and submission of payment requests.
∎ Coordinate with general stores for delivery of goods & receipt of the requisition, documentation on a timely basis.
∎ Responsible for daily procurement in a timely and cost-effective way.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Control purchasing department budgets.
∎ Make Market Visits.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Company will give Duty Meal & Service Charge every month.
