Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person with suitable qualification in Public health, Education, social sciences, community development, environmental related discipline and at least five (5) years' experience working in developing countries.
∎ Experience can substitute for qualifications but not vice versa.
∎ You should have demonstrated experience of capacity building and integrating EFSVL, gender, protection, advocacy and practical understanding of Human Resource Development, performance management, training and public health issues.
∎ You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and inspire confidence in others in diverse working environments, adapt to changing context and re-prioritise work as appropriate in conjunction with line manager.
∎ You should have good understanding of programmatic application of humanitarian mandate, principles gender and diversity issues.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English is essential;
∎ English writing skills must be to a business and external reporting standard.
Salary:
∎ BDT 1,056,451 gross per annum (13 months)
