Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy, Counseling, Facilitation, Report Writing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide standard mental health and psycho-social support (MHPSS) care and psycho social counseling, to Gender Based Violence (GBV) survivors with some mental disorder;
∎ Conduct MH assessment to GBV survivors with some traumatic symptom
∎ Provide psycho-social counseling, life skill training with proper documentation with necessary assistance of Psycho-social Session Facilitator;
∎ Conduct sessions according to the target (PP) and log frame
∎ Find out the traumatized person and ways for their mitigation
∎ Maintain safety and confidentiality in filing system and case information sharing
∎ Provided necessary guidance as part of capacity building to concern Psycho-social Session facilitator and Child Lerner Centre facilitators;
∎ Field visit and provide to Programme Manager a biweekly report and monthly report or as and when requires as per compliance of different stakeholders;
∎ Represent CCDB in interagency coordination working groups (e.g. MHPSS working group) with various stakeholders and specially with donor/partners;
∎ Closely work and supervise Psychosocial Session Facilitator in consultation with Programme Manager and other team members of the project as and when requires;
∎ Address any other job assigned by Programme Manager or Coordinator, Rohingya Response/senior Management in CCDB.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with INGO/NGO in Cox's Bazar is preferable.
∎ 1 years' experience in mental health and psycho-social programming (in refugee context is preferable).
∎ Experience working in the Humanitarian context and emergencies.
∎ Good knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency and Donor standards and guidelines in MHPSS.
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable.
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others.
∎ Familiarity with Child Protection minimum standard and GBV guiding principle.
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, power point and Excel.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English. Chittagonian/Rohingya language speaking capacity is required and will be a strong plus.
∎ Willing to work in a team with flexibility and with positive attitude to learn and work
∎ Capable to prepare the alternative plans/ways for mental health and psychosocial support.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
