Educational Requirements:
∎ Secondary education and experience in health education and/or medical or social certificate. Experience in Mental Health is preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct MH activities with adult, adolescent and children according to the needs of the beneficiaries;
∎ Conduct group sessions with the beneficiaries on different topics (based on need and proposed topic by the beneficiary)
∎ Conduct Psychological First Aid sessions.
∎ Evaluate beneficiaries' knowledge before and after the session where necessary.
∎ Flexibility to help and demonstrate activities.
∎ Implement suitable activities within the Action Against Hunger centers
∎ Carry out psycho-social and care practice activities with children, caregivers and adolescent who need support.
∎ Stimulate awakening children and their psychomotor development through adapted activities.
∎ Make sure that no child is left alone, whatever his/her status (non-accompanied , accompanied);
∎ Keep the files concerning psycho-social activities up to date;
∎ Keep all the materials in organized, clean and good manner of the centre.
∎ Participate in supervision and ensuring data confidentiality
∎ Maintaining confidentiality regarding data and beneficiary disclosure
∎ Participate in team meetings and supervisions
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Understand the basics tenants of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sense of confidentiality, Empathy, Knowledge of child development, Good communication and adaptation aptitudes, In-depth knowledge of the beneficiary population's culture, Good knowledge of English and local languages
Salary: Tk. 24234 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance;
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per policy;
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year);
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year.
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year.
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
