Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Sociology, priority to have other related training like health behavior science or related training.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make preliminary diagnosis of the participants for improving their mental health.
∎ Reportable, responsible and accountable directly to the Programme Coordinator,
∎ Maintenance of counseling equipment and developed materials for counseling.
∎ Preparation of monthly work plan with covering the project working area.
∎ Preparation of monthly progress report and submit to the project coordinator
∎ Maintain target oriented counseling service and register for documentation;
∎ Conduct counseling sessions on different issues for the participants with the assistance of Graduation mentors and supervisors.
∎ Counsel, motivate and provide health awareness education to the beneficiaries to be safer and prevent /protect all kinds of diseases like Covid 19/ HIV/AIDS.
∎ Arrange referral and diagnosis of complicated cases and keep follow-up.
∎ Regular visits to the project working areas for smooth and quality implementation of the project activities.
∎ She/he will keep record of the health awareness sessions, counseling and follow-up counseling.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Programme Coordinator/ project authority.
∎ Provide regular update, keep record and report to the area based problem and progress update to the Programme Coordinator,
∎ Assist PC to conduct different surveys related works of the project,
∎ Arrange in-house trainings, workshops, FGD etc. as and when necessary,
∎ Develop linkage with the local community people, local stakeholders, GOs, NGOs and other service providers;
∎ Motivate the selected participants to ensure their presence to the center particularly of those having problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in livelihood/graduation programme.
∎ Strong networking skills and ability to lead groups of women and vulnerable people.
∎ Good at interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Programme has allocation for Motor Cycle for this position and provisions of providing driving training who are interested.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
