Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing UNICEF Bangladesh supported a project title "Child Centered Care Response to Rohingya Adolescents (Boys and Girls) in Cox`s Bazar Project".
∎ YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.
∎ Job location: Ukhiya upazilla under Coxs bazar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PSS Worker directly responsible to CM & PSS supervisor.
∎ He/she develop smooth relationship with all relevant potential stakeholders.
∎ PSS worker should complete the entire task as per the guideline of his supervisor.
∎ PSS worker ensure better structured PSS support to the stakeholders (potential victim)
∎ PSS worker will onducted advocacy issues need base and develop linkage with service provider for better service and jointly work with social worker
∎ PSS worker responsible to prepare database on PSS, file preparation & necessary others documents for survivors and maintain confidentiality.
∎ PSS worker also focus on counseling, mentoring, referral system and dealing with the survivor problem
∎ He/she will submit report to supervisor in time and maintain documents properly
∎ Make excellent rapport building with CIC, Community and relevant stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 years job experience in similar function at any NGO
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect).
∎ Sound knowledge of community motivation
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 30,000 with other benefits as per project budget
