Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under overall supervision of ISCG Principal Coordinator, and under the direct supervision and guidance of the PSEA Network Coordinator, the successful candidate will support the coordination of the activities that the PSEA Network leads for the Rohingya humanitarian response.
∎ The incumbent will be requested to perform the following tasks:
∎ Support the coordination of the PSEA Network overall by, for example, contributing to the smooth running of the PSEA Network and implementation of the related strategy, activities, and SOP for protection from sexual exploitation and abuse;
∎ Assist the PSEA Coordinator in preparing reports to provide timely information to the ISCG and to ensure that any emerging trends or risks are identified early;
∎ Support the ISCG in coordinating PSEA activities within the overall refugee response, such as dealing with issues related to capacity building, awareness raising, CRM and coordination;
∎ Assist the PSEA Coordinator at ISCG with relevant PSEA and protection related working groups and task teams, to facilitate effective coordination of the objectives of PSEA and identify key gaps in response and propose solutions;
∎ Map, monitor and provide suggestions to strengthen existing complaint and feedback channels in CXB as part of the PSEA Network Strategy on building an efficient and practical response to SEA;
∎ Identify and link community engagement initiatives to the PSEA Network and integrate PSEA messages and calls for feedback into existing programs;
∎ Track the training needs and conduct capacity building activities for frontline workers/frontline volunteers in collaboration with agencies/ locations;
∎ Supports operational coordination processes, including inter-sector processes, and contingency planning, soliciting and negotiating necessary inputs with relevant authorities as it relates to emergency operations;
∎ Work with protection sector, and GBV and CP sub-sectors to integrate referral of SEA incidents for investigation into their referral pathways;
∎ Support the establishment and management of capacity building and awareness on PSEA jointly with partners, other coordination mechanisms and local government;
∎ Support and assist the work of the PSEA Coordinator and the Principal Coordinator at ISCG;
∎ Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 4 years-experience in the field of migration, IDP and refugee assistance and protection (including specific experience related to PSEA activities)
∎ Experience in emergency operations and liaison with other UN and non-UN humanitarian actors.
∎ Knowledge of the region and/or country an advantage.
