∎ hotel in Chittagong. We are looking for experienced, passionate, smart &
∎ dynamic Protocol officer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling guest in the airport departure and arrival inside the airport.
∎ Managing day-to-day affairs of Top Management.
∎ Managing tickets, visa processing, passport and appointment issue.
∎ Ensure security, safety and protocol of the Top Management.
∎ Coordinated logistical support for timely transfer of guests to/from
∎ official functions.
∎ Maintaining liaison with stakeholders of the company.
∎ Doing necessary coordination and communication with Government
∎ and regulatory bodies.
∎ Should always be alert and focused on the surrounding incidents,
∎ situations and developments through a constant communication with
∎ concerned personnel and departments.
∎ Should be efficient in maintaining contacts with local police stations,
∎ law enforcement agencies, fire brigades, hospitals and other
∎ necessary utility service providers.
∎ Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance as and
∎ when required.
∎ Arrange photo opportunities and press conferences.
∎ Arrange lodging and meeting accommodations.
∎ Keep a list of key business leaders and government officials.
∎ Maintaining records of meetings, phone calls, and other
∎ communications.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Expertise in different social networks.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should have mental resilience.
