·  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

·  Identify new business opportunities in corporate, travel agents, and group segments

·  Increase room occupancy, banquet sales, and F&B revenue

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners

· Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations

·  Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business

·  Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements

·  Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

·   Manage hotel branding, promotions, and advertisements

·   Oversee social media platforms and website content

·   Develop seasonal offers and promotional packages

·   Coordinate digital marketing activities

·   Analyze market trends and competitor activities

·    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

·    Forecast demand and recommend pricing strategies

·     Team Leadership & Coordination

·     Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team

·    Set KPIs and monitor team performance

·   Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B departments
