Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oxfam is looking for Protection Technical Team Leader to deliver protection support for Emergency Response programme of Oxfam in Bangladesh team for Rohingya Refugee Crisis as well as need basis support to the country humanitarian team in Bangladesh.
∎ Protection TLL will assist to Area Manager (AM) to Contribute & Implement of Oxfam in Bangladesh's emergency response for Safe Programming framework and tools in light of humanitarian principles and standard, Protection related advocacy and research as well as supervise and guide to Protection Team Leader throughout the project cycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You will bring minimum five-year (5) experience in protection programming and relevant position
∎ Strong conceptual and practical understanding of protection issues and approaches in humanitarian contexts, including the constraints, sensitivities and risks associated with such work
∎ Proven involvement in humanitarian response work, preferably in a humanitarian or protection role in conflict or insecure environments
∎ Proven experience in the provision of technical advice and support to field programs, and skills in staff and partner development, mentoring, and training, Strong understanding of protection standards, key sectoral issues and processes including advocacy for protection
∎ Demonstrable understanding of the gender dynamics of protection work and ability to implement protection activities with an emphasis on the gendered aspects of conflict, violence and abuse
∎ Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking, ability to apply professional and ethical standards to data collection and analysis processes, and research
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-level interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and representational capabilities
∎ Able to live and work in remote, insecure and logistically challenging operations and in a multi-cultural environment; with a high level of self-reliance, adaptability and initiative,
