Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a PROTECTION PROGRAM MANAGER who will join our MENTAL HEALTH, CARE PRACTICE, GENDER AND PROTECTION DEPARTMENT (MHCP)
∎ DURATION: 8 month

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance and supervision of MHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
∎ implementation of protection components of projects, including line-managing staff, technical support to the PROTECTION TEAM in the definition and follow-up of the protection activities, supervision, monitoring, maintaining coordination and liaison with other internal and external stakeholders, provide technical support to the rest of the team to ensure integration of protection mainstreaming within all activities.
∎ Establish safe spaces and Safe Family Houses and define the activities within the spaces;
∎ Project Management and Accountability
∎ Program Development
∎ Staff Supervision and Representation
∎ Manage and strengthen project activities;
∎ Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and ensure timely reporting;
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity;
∎ Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 (four) years of work experience in project management, social work and protection fields of which at least 2 (two) should be in a not-for-profit, humanitarian organization;
∎ Experience in managing and implementing humanitarian or emergency projects;
∎ Demonstrable experience of working on protection programs, especially on case management and PSS for vulnerable women, men, boys and girls;
∎ Project management experience in complex emergency contexts;
∎ Experience of managing/supervising staff;
∎ Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary from BDT 131,000

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge;
∎ Technical trainings at HQ Paris or regional level (averagely 1 per year);
∎ Participation to external trainings.
