∎ Masters preferably in Social Science and Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duration: 9 months (January 2020 to September 2020)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of the activities at the project site maintaining by organizational and donor compliance.
∎ Supervise and guide Field Facilitators in activity and event implementation at the field and stakeholder level.
∎ Prepare and provide activity plans and report and submit to the Program Manager
∎ Mobilize the community to materialize the project activities
∎ Organize the community and institution based programs according to the proposal
∎ Monitor and follow up project activities. She/he will work in close contact with the concerned Program Manager
∎ Ensure quality output of the project activities
∎ Collect and submit case studies, success stories monthly basis as well as whenever required.
∎ Any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project and Organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in community engagement at NGO level
∎ Capacity in team building and leadership
∎ Liaison with local government administration
∎ Good understanding of Rohingya camp context
∎ Has analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent in rapport building and networking
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.

∎ Consolidated 50,000/-
