Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Social Welfare, Sociology, Political science/Social Science, Management or relevant subjects.
∎ Educational qualification is considered for the experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Right holders, group members, Federation leaders and community people to enhance their knowledge, skill & capacity on overall child rights and different cross cutting issues through training and awareness activities in the respective working areas.
∎ To organize and facilitate regular training/ workshop.
∎ To develop monthly, half yearly and annual activity plan.
∎ To visit field on regular basis and meeting with right holders, Self-help groups, Cluster level associations and federation members.
∎ To prepare monthly, half yearly report, update to Program Manager and preserve them.
∎ To maintain linkage with local level stakeholders.
∎ To assist in forming "Child protection Committee" with the SHGs and local government representatives to establish effective and safe mechanisms for children to report abuse, neglect or exploitation of children.
∎ To develop transformational stories.
∎ To ensure that all core values are implemented effectively in all CEPPD Project areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience on child rights and self help group approach or community development in a reputable organization.
∎ Has good training & facilitation skills.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English language.
∎ Capable & willingness to drive Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ Management,Supervision, Communication, Networking, Interpersonal skill.
∎ Report writing skill (Bangla & English)
∎ Presentation/Facilitation/Training/Counseling and motivational skill.
∎ Computer Skill on MS Office and data analysis skill

∎ As per Project Scale
