∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize groups at national and local level with the participation of civil society organizations, individual members of civil society and potential youth for Tax Justice Campaign;
∎ Organize capacity building session, campaign and community orientation on TAX Justice issue;
∎ Communication and coordination with national and local level groups, Policy Actors, NBR Representatives and also Media;
∎ Maintain a digital space for strengthening the conversation among citizens on taxation and tax justice;
∎ Provide strategic input on knowledge and communication products on progressive taxation and tax justice;
∎ Facilitate the process of activity, output and outcome monitoring;
∎ Identify learning, best practices and carry out necessary documentation;
∎ Develop reports both in qualitative and quantitative aspects;
∎ Responsible for implementing project interventions with the support of head of the Governance and Rights domain of WAVE Foundation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) of working experiences in general, and particularly 2 years of working experiences on capacity building, governance, advocacy and campaign related projects or interventions implementation.
∎ Having experiences on taxation system of Bangladesh and Tax Justice issue will be treated as advance level qualification.

∎ Age around 35 years and relaxed for qualified candidates
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Good understanding on taxation system of Bangladesh and tax justice
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media
∎ Sound networking ability
∎ Hard working and self-motivated.
∎ Job Location: WAVE Head Office Dhaka with frequent field visit.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 42000 (Monthly)
∎ (BDT 42,000.00 monthly including tiffin allowances) with a festival bonus equivalent of 01-month salary;
Other facilities will be admissible as per the project budgetary provision.
