Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Social Science, Gender Studies, Anthropology, Management Studies or any other Discipline.

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training and work within formal structure following modules and standard operating procedure;
∎ Provide support to colleagues in relation to material, administrative and logistical needs to enable their work efficiently.
∎ Conduct Safety Audit to assess safety and security concerns for women and girls in the camp area. Specially Assess the area of IPV, PSEA, Early Marriage, unhealthy relationship, or any kind of Gender-based Violence.
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly report as well for partner and sector related use of HCMP-BRAC.
∎ Conducts GBV Risk Mapping through community consultations to design program and operation.
∎ Develop and implement trainings, workshops for Girl shine for GBV prevention and risk mitigation;
∎ Support DPM in tracking the programme quality and making reports;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously
∎ by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV)
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues, Girl shine.
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
