Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering, Graphics Desgining and any relevant degree with the position from any reputed universities.
∎ Certification on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must have requirement.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upgrade product design, develop catalogue, and develop production management mechanism with cost analysis considering project demand.
∎ Assist to Livelihood coordinator to achieve targeted project based livelihood activities.
∎ Identify livelihood skills & income generation opportunities for project participants.
∎ Identify and select skills development training need assessment, develop training Plan, method, upgrade training design
∎ Coordinate activities between target group, consultant, local actors, government, Private sector & training institute and available resources.
∎ Ensure training raw materials, logistic support, production management, stock management.
∎ Provide Technical Support/Assist to Technical Trainers for developing their skill.
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps module.
∎ Conduct training, orientation, session for TT, volunteer, project staff.
∎ Organize fairs, linkage meeting with local service provider, market committee & value chain actors, training institutions and local government on explore partnership.
∎ Identify more skills according to the need and choice of project women participants.
∎ Organize Training on Skill and Business Development for women leaders and TT.
∎ Perform other duties as required and regular assist to admin, field team, TT & volunteer.
∎ Prepared action plan and progress weekly, monthly quarterly reports regular basis.
∎ Update production, product, logistic/raw materials stock & other documentation process.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Qualified female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Work experience (Product Design, Skill Development, Livelihood or Textile) or Good Knowledge on Fabric/Cutting/Graphic Designing/Color or in similar role will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 2/3 years of work experience in livelihood sector and managing diverse programming in complex humanitarian field of NGO/ INGO.
∎ Strong knowledge on livelihood component, Skill development training program design.
∎ Good conceptual understanding on PR, record keeping, production and product management,
∎ Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Well- develop written and oral communication in English.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer proficiency specially Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint .
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with Rohingya Community.
