Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduated in a natural resource governance or management related discipline, which may include social sciences, environmental and life sciences, engineering, and business studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of stakeholder relationships in development sector, Bangladesh context of natural resource governance and situation of marginalized communities in the grassroots
∎ Around 2 years of professional experience
∎ Experience of facilitating trainings, workshops, and other forms of capacity building activities, partner management, voluntary social work or working with voluntary organizations
∎ Strong commitment to the rights of the most marginal communities, gender inclusion and child rights and conservation of river ecosystems
∎ Emotional intelligence to deal with a diverse range of stakeholder including from government, private sector, civil society, and grassroots communities
∎ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.
∎ Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender mainstreaming, women's rights, and diversity for all aspects of development work.
∎ Commitment to Oxfam's safeguarding policies to ensure all people who come into contact with Oxfam are as safe as possible
Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam national D2 pay band
