Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in Social Science and in any relevant subject.
∎ (Only Post-Graduation holder will be given preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response Area:
∎ Assess the case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics,
∎ Conduct trainings to case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation.
∎ Closely coaching case workers of Community Centre and SSWG Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases.
∎ Supervise the case worker under GBVIMS+/Primero platform and also maintaining the Case Management Supervision Guiding principal
∎ Prevention Area:
∎ Conduct training and work within formal structure. (CiC, RRRC, MOWCA, Health and other relevant Sector)
∎ Provide technical assistance to the GBV Prevention program in the areas of awareness raising and referral pathway mechanisms.
∎ Support and establish community Engagement activities of GBV prevention in different clusters;
∎ Ensure adequate visibility of GBV prevention in community along with observing relevant Days;
∎ Develop and implement trainings, workshops for volunteer for GBV prevention and risk mitigation;
∎ Support prevention measures in tracking with the programme quality and making reports;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Qualified females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in Case Management Supervision will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Have knowledge or willingness to learn and challenge oneself and others regarding gender roles, power relationships and gender-based violence
∎ Needs experience and skills in working with leaders and influencers in the community.
∎ Patient, persuasive and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by leaders.
∎ Needs to understand community dynamics and how power flows through the community and need to be willing to let the male engagement community groups be in the spotlight
∎ Deep knowledge on Violence against women (VAW) and Male as Ally
∎ Knowledge on basic Gender issues
∎ Skills:
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive
∎ Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
