The appointment will be for 04 months with a possibility of extension.

• Facilitate Awareness and Training Sessions ; Work with men and boys in the Men & Boys Centre (M&B centre) to identify their needs, interest, priorities of interest, support, and assist in coping mechanisms to ensure culturally appropriate needs of adolescents;

• Support for planning, implementation, and management of the adolescent-friendly working environment in the M&B centre; Conduct issue-based awareness sessions including SRH, GBV prevention, and protection, health, hygiene, nutrition, etc; Provide refresher training and guideline on self-reliance and skill-building through vocational training learning. 

• Group Formation and necessary support : Formation of different Men and Boys groups; Support skill and knowledge building of Boys and Men for community-based risk assessment and develop strategies for prevention protection and mitigation of GBV and SGBV; Support them to actively participate in different kinds of coordination meetings and raise voices to prevent the protection and mitigation of GBV and SGBV.;

• Support to Men and Boys group for skills building on leadership through participation in different kinds of meeting at community level and CiC official; Conduct field visits, and outdoor visits for mobilization and motivation of the Boys and Men group.

• Documentation and Reporting; Prepare monthly Men and Boys Centre activity report; Contribute to programmatic reports as per need; Submit a Case Study per month; Manage all essential data and information in the Men and Boys Centre.
