Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline or diploma in civil engineering from any recognised University/ Institution with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up operational plan for the project activities and budget management
∎ Project beneficiary selection according to the criteria
∎ Community mobilisation, formulation/ reactivation/ facilitation of women groups
∎ Ensure high quality project outputs and impact
∎ Meet the goals and objectives within in the limited timeframe
∎ Providing direction, review plans and facilitation materials of the ward supervisors
∎ Overall coordination of the ward supervisors
∎ Perform awareness raising and capacity building activities
∎ Procurement and distribution of livelihood inputs and materials for rain water harvesting
∎ Managing relationships with contractors, partners, PMU and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of the project outputs
∎ Provide support in overall implementation, monitoring and reporting of project activities
∎ Develop strategic partnership and networks with the relevant stakeholders
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of working experience in development sector including climate change, DRR, livelihood, water sanitation or relevant field is required
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of climate change adaptation, resilience, community capacity building initiatives, climate-resilient drinking water solutions, resilient livelihood, value chain and market linkage, gender, environmental and social compliance issues etc.
∎ Skills in training facilitation, market research, community mobilisation, participatory mapping, climate resilient livelihood, social and environmental auditing
∎ Experienced in implementing capacity building initiatives at the community level
∎ Excellent capabilities of coordination and conduct training
∎ Capable of planning and prioritizing under any stress situation
∎ Excellent skills in communications and networking
∎ Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
