Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or relevant discipline from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the Project Coordinator (PC);
∎ Setting and smooth running of 4 Child Clubs;
∎ Form and implement children forum;
∎ Arrange protection meeting with children;
∎ Supervise during the conduction of survey as an when necessary;
∎ Prepare database report;
∎ Arrange meeting with Employers and Employees;
∎ Arrange meeting with different stakeholders and community people;
∎ Resolve child club related problem and feedback to (PC);
∎ Conduct meetings with parents;
∎ Arrange day observation events with children and other stakeholders;
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of attendance register and timely arrival and departure of employees;
∎ Supervise the staff under him/her for effective implementation of the project activities;
∎ Arrange different advocacy meetings, workshops, seminar, FGD, community leaders meetings.
∎ Assess the needs of training for the beneficiaries as well for the project staff;
∎ Develop regular liaison and linkage with community people, local stakeholders, local government representatives and NGOs;
∎ Prepare monthly compilation report which received from the field;
∎ Prepare and submit of different reports based on project activities to the PC.
∎ Develop implementing plan for the effective implementation of the field activities specially to aware the parents to withdraw their children from the hazardous job;
∎ Regular supervision and regular visit in each club and children's house;
∎ Review monthly staff performance;
∎ Conduct club based management meeting with children and other relevant stake holders;
∎ In absence of Project coordinator, PO will ensure the implementation of the project activities properly;
∎ Any other assignment given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
∎ Motorcycle driving is essential with valid driving license.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
∎ Good communication skill in English is required.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
