∎ YPSA HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, Implement and coordinate the project through maintaining project cycle management for achieving project goal and objectives
∎ Develop project plan & budget, program & training guideline and project reports
∎ Ensure all deliverables of the project through periodic reviews and disseminate findings among relevant stakeholders
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other service provider and stakeholders
∎ Facilitate different training, meeting, workshop and orientations with different stakeholders
∎ Provide direction and support to project team to ensure the standards of project activities
∎ Ensure that the project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and the organization
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate the project, work and performance of staff and take concrete steps to improve job performance.
∎ Any other official task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years work experience in the development field along with 1 years experience in similar project activities.
∎ Experiences to work in Sexual and Reproductive health particularly with marginalized and people with disabilities
∎ Sound knowledge of project cycle management
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision making skills
∎ Good working relationships with team members, colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Can ride motor cycle with valid driving license.

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 21,666/-.
