Job Context:
∎ Objectives:
∎ To improve nutritional status and enhance food security of FDMN Camp, Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar
∎ To enhance access to food during all emergency situations
∎ To improve market linkages and social cohesion between refugees and host communities` small- scale farmers, aggregators and retailers.
∎ Outcome:
∎ Increased food security, Save life, Reduced malnutrition and to end hunger.
∎ Output:
∎ The most vulnerable households in refugee camps and makeshift camps in Cox`s Bazar received general food assistance through e-vouchers based on needs.
∎ Improved Market Linkages and social cohesion between refugees and host communities` small- scale farmers, aggregators and retailers.
∎ Enhanced access to food during emergency as part of Rapid Response (in-kind and hot meals)
∎ Project duration: 01 January, 2022 to 31 December, 2022 (Possibility to extension)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth operations of assigned E-Voucher Outlet at camps.
∎ Supervision and management of e-Voucher Outlet based staff to ensure quality & timely delivery and develop mobilization plan as well as perform accordingly to reach targeted beneficiaries within timeframe.
∎ The incumbent establishes controlling mechanisms, follows operating procedures and ensures proper application of integrated approach in the area of operation.
∎ S/he provides technical assistance to the team, closely works with retailers, staff & other team members.
∎ Building capacity of Outlet staff & volunteers to perform effectively, analyzing daily transaction reports by comparing with plan, and managing beneficiary tracking in database are some of the other core responsibilities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensures best practices in Gender Mainstreaming, PSEA, Protection and Accountability to Affected Population in the GFA programme
∎ Additional tasks:
∎ Update the Monthly indicator progress tracker and monthly activity tracking sheet.
∎ Update monthly report as per the requirement of donors.
∎ Support Programme Manager in preparation of donor reporting by providing information coming from monitoring findings and data collected from field staff in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure that projects have a system to track information produced to help report to donors and the management.
∎ Assist the team in developing a responsive, functional, and appropriate feed backing mechanism which can improve current project implementation and guide future programming.
∎ Gathered learning through specific analysis, best practices, lessons learned, and reports.
∎ Capture the challenges of the project and the way of overcoming in regular basis.
∎ Assist program personnel in improving learning and sharing mechanisms in their projects.
∎ Perform any other tasks as requested by the Programme Manager.
∎ Comply with YPSA policies and practice with respect to PSEA, child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s) relevant experience in NGO/INGO
∎ Age limit up to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on Food Security Program and hands on experience of food security indicators.
∎ Must have working knowledge on Cash base intervention in humanitarian and development context.
∎ Must have working experience in Rohingya Camps and well conversant on about the context.
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience in humanitarian response programs and emergency contexts
∎ Preference will be given to General Food Assistance program experience
∎ Sound knowledge of outlet operation mechanism, relevant data management, and reporting
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian compliances and humanitarian response operation modalities is required
∎ Excellent skills of facilitation, interpersonal communication skills, teamwork and networking
∎ Intermediate level computer (MS Office, Excel and Internet) operating skills
∎ Ability to work in a cross-cultural context with people of various background

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
