Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Nutrition/Food Science/Agriculture or any other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all kind of activities such as store & inventory management, packing and ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the community kitchen.
∎ Ensure nutrition, quality, and combination of hot meal during the food packaging.
∎ Guide and supervise the staff in the community kitchen through continuous monitoring and guidance.
∎ Coordinate with commodity supplier when require hot meal to serve.
∎ Oversee the kitchen store and ensure the kitchen are updated, and all utensils are intake.
∎ Ensure fuel and refilling while required for gas burners.
∎ Coordinate with WFP field team while required and if required communicate with them for ensuring timely serving hot meal as per demand.
∎ Maintain relation with Farmer’s Market (FM) and E-voucher team.
∎ Resolve all sorts of complaints received from help desk or at any corner immediately, in collaboration with WFP field representatives.
∎ Ensure effective engagement of required volunteer, labor, porter as and where required in consultation with the project manager.
∎ Prepare different reports as and when required.
∎ Coordinate with DRR and rapid response team for updating weather forecasting and with camp and SMS team for any rapid assessment for any kind of disaster.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
