Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/ bachelor's degree in any discipline from any govt. approved university.
∎ (The academic qualification could be relaxed for candidates bringing 4-5 years of experience in advocacy programmes in the urban context).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation
∎ Preparation of Project Implementation Plan (PIP) in coordination with Project Coordinator.
∎ Plan and design for community mobilization by engaging local resources and initiate strategy for local advocacy.
∎ Ensure successful accomplishment of field level targeted activities, trainings, events.
∎ Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementation cost savings measures.
∎ Make sure to spend at least 80% time in field visits.
∎ Support individual dream plan implementation of Children and Youth
∎ Ensure the selection of competent talent through the effective hunting campaign. Facilitate to develop individual dream plans of selected children and youth.
∎ Establish community Talent Care Committees (TCC) at the community level.
∎ Ensure distribution of necessary materials/product in coordination with other team members and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Identify and analyse project stakeholders, map out key actors, and build partnerships where necessary.
∎ Guide and assist to the selected talented children and youth for enabling them to ensure successful accomplishment of their individual dream plan in liaison with Talent Care Committee (TCC) and related actors.
∎ Maintain regular communication and coordination with project participants and their families.
∎ Documentation of project progress and individual case stories.
∎ Coordination, communication, and reporting
∎ Maintain liaison with Authority of Educational institutions, Sports and Cultural institution and others relevant stakeholders in relation to providing substantial support to the selected children and youth.
∎ Ensure the project implementation at field level and communicate with other team members to keep the workflow on track.
∎ Be responsible for generating quality results and outputs of the project.
∎ Contribute to organize Project Advisory Committee (PAC) and Talent Care Committee (TCC) meeting and prepare draft working papers and meeting minutes of them.
∎ Contribute to preparing project progress report both quantitative and qualitative.
∎ Preparation of case stories and documentation success of the project
∎ External Relations and Advocacy
∎ Developing linkage and maintain coordination with local relevant actor to perform the project actives with innovation.
∎ Ability to effectively maintain liaison with the relevant stakeholders to impactful change.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 2-3 years working experience of advocacy related programme in a National/International organization.
∎ Strong reporting and monitoring skills in line with the requirements of donors.
∎ Good written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding on gender, inclusion and equality.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license will given preference.
∎ Solid knowledge and experience on administrative & financial management and policy compliances.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile bill, transportation cost, festival bonus as per organizational policy
