Job Context:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract up to 30 April 2020
∎ Concern Worldwide, Bangladesh is in consortium with 4 other agencies implementing a DFID funded project titled "Integrated Emergency Humanitarian Response to the Rohingya and Host Community Population in Cox`s Bazar" with a focus on Protection, Food Security and Livelihood, Nutrition and WaSH implemented in the Rohingya Camps within the Consortium, Concern will be implementing the Nutrition and the Livelihood components.
∎ Job Purpose: S/he is responsible for all the market related activities including project implementation supervision field monitoring and team management. At the field level, s/he will be in-charge of all the market related activities including close liaison with the private sector partners, producers and the quality control volunteers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programming:
∎ Lead in beneficiary targeting according to specific selection criteria in liaison with other project staff and the wider nutrition department in Emergency Response Programme.
∎ Support in the identification of private sector agency/consultant to deliver capacity-building activities around market development, financial literacy, skills development.
∎ Coordination: Participate in Camp level coordination with other stakeholders supporting similar initiatives and highlighting Concerns' works as well as picking best practices for adoption with concern programming.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation: Work closely with the MEAL/Accountability team to ensure that relevant tools are available across all sites as well as database to compile project deliverables.
∎ Reporting: Submit to the Project Coordinator weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ Additional Role:
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Emergency Director or the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience working on market system development in livelihoods.
∎ Previous experience in private sector engagement, supply chain, market development, life skills trainings, vocational training is preferable
∎ Considerable understanding and knowledge of the livelihood programming framework within the Rohingya response
∎ Demonstrated experience in Livelihoods programming
∎ Experience in team management, capacity building and supervision
∎ Proven training and facilitation skills
∎ Excellent organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is desirable

Salary:
∎ Tk. 788928 - 857484 (Yearly)
∎ The gross annual salary range (inclusive of hardship allowance) will be from BDT 788,928/- to BDT 857,484/-
