Role Purpose: The Programme Officer – Health & Nutrition will support the effective planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the MAC-P funded “Partnerships for Improved Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) in Coastal Bangladesh (MACP-RMNCAH)” programme in Patuakhali and Barguna districts along with support to other Health & Nutrition Portfolio programmes. The role contributes to strengthening the health system and improving equitable access to high-quality reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, adolescent health and nutrition (RMNCAH+N) services through effective programme management, technical coordination, partnership engagement, and evidence-based implementation. Working closely with implementing partners, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, local government institutions, communities, donors, and Concern Worldwide`s cross-functional teams, the Programme Officer will facilitate coordinated programme delivery, strengthen partner capacity, promote adaptive learning, and ensure programme quality, accountability, and compliance with donor and organizational standards. The position plays a key role in ensuring collaboration, supporting innovation and continuous quality improvement, and contributing to sustainable health outcomes for women, newborns, children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations in the targeted coastal districts.
