∎ Staff supervision and monitoring
∎ Reporting and recording
∎ Working knowledge on Microsoft office
∎ Programme presentation through multimedia in forum or meeting
∎ Coordination with relevant stakeholder

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for project implementation at the field level and monitor the activities of the CHW under the supervisor of Senior Project Officer, Health and Nutrition
∎ Prepare monthly work Plan and implementation.
∎ Randomly House Hold Visit/ Follow up within the CHW
∎ Supervise, Follow-up the CHW work and prepare work plan.
∎ Ensure the implementation of all activities of CHW.
∎ Conduct Majhi /Religious/Local  leader meeting
∎ Conduct Parents (Under 5child Parents) meeting
∎ Conduct Husband ( ANC, PNC Mothers) Meeting.
∎ Conduct Adolescent (Male) meeting.
∎ Attend to the different meeting, awareness session and disseminate the program related discussion and  messages (CIC monthly sector Meeting, Camp coordination Meeting, WASH Committee meeting, User group meeting, FSL community group meeting, Site management meeting, Parents meeting of CFS, Parents group meeting of ECD etc.
∎ Ensure timely supplies and logistics to health centres.
∎ Provides training and on the job coaching to the  CHWS.
∎ Adolescent TT vaccination ensuring( 10-18Years girl)
∎ Service ensured SAM/MAM child.
∎ Pregnant mother TT vaccination ensuring
∎ To ensuring child vaccination and Other Vaccine
∎ COVID-19 awareness campaign
∎ To help Any emergency  health and other Campaign
∎ Ensure targeted performance with quality.
∎ Coordination with camp level local administration
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
