Job Context:
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Job Type: Fixed Term up to 31 August 2023 with possibility of extension

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in gender activities in a development/ Humanitarian context. The person should have the knowledge and understanding of the principles and standards of gender in emergencies. In addition to that, The person should have a good understanding of gender issues in other programmes, GBV prevention and response; proven analytical and strategical development skills and lastly an understanding of monitoring processes including learning, adaptation and evaluation. Knowledge about managing and monitoring partnership grants with local NGOs to ensure gender-mainstreamed activities is another key essential area. Moreover, The person should have the capacity to support the integrated planning efforts of the technical team and ensure overall Rights in Crisis, team strategy development and activities as needed.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 899126 per annum (13 months) with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance, etc.
