Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare inventory of generator, electrical devices, and electrification lines at outlet level and GFA offices
∎ Ensure generators are in serviceable and ensure all kinds of maintenance and repairing
∎ Track the fuel consumption and ensure log sheet are maintaining
∎ Provide hands on training / on the job training to volunteers engage in generators repairing and Guards for emergency support / maintenance
∎ Visit regular to outlets and verifying the generator and identify the requirement of maintenance
∎ Track and scheduling for regular maintenance
∎ Coordinate with WFP operational / technical focal for ensuring maintenance
∎ Ensure fuel feeling timely for all generator at outlet and offices
∎ Coordinate and communicate with procurement, branch level BRAC staff for any kind of support
∎ Measure the performance of generators, devices and engines and analyzing the problems or deficiencies and developing solution to resolve them
∎ Maintain close contact and extended cooperation to other BFRAC staffs, SMS, CiC, GoB officials, community and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Excellent skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management and negotiation
∎ Able to work under stress with minimum supervision
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft programs i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc
