Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Technical Training for Community Health & Nutrition Volunteers on Community outreach activities.
∎ Build capacity of Community Health Worker & Community Nutrition Volunteer on CMAM.
∎ Screening, detection of SAM/MAM, malnourished PLW and referral mechanism Supervision and monitoring of full anthropometric assessment at field level, ensuring proper admission-discharge criteria being followed for all the children and PLW.
∎ Ensure that edema checking and screening are done properly in community level. Ensure the quality of rapid assessment of PLW at the field level.
∎ Ensure BCC component of the Programme is in place Ensure cooking demonstration session is being effective in the household level for newly admitted beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure regular IYCF messaging in community. Ensure appropriate IEC materials used by field level staff in the door-to-door messaging and counseling.
∎ Ensure good quality of Health & Nutrition education session at the center by making dynamic plans of cascading efficient message at the community level.
∎ Quality control of the Program Ensure the implementation and follow up of standard protocols in the community level assessment. Ensure that any instant critical issue of the field is taken care of from the technical point of view.
∎ Report/Analysis Prepare monthly target and activities plan for thyself and outreach staffs. Submission of daily outreach reports to the program through Line Manager and prepare and submission of Monthly Statistical and analytical Report regarding outreach activities to the DPM/PM.
∎ Ensure and monitoring of support group meeting regularly at field level.
∎ Make monthly plans of CHWs & CNVs for ensuring 100% coverage of beneficiaries in the whole camps. Make sure that effective and fruitful home visits are done by CHWs& CNVs. Make sure every data and information related to beneficiaries are recorded and calculated properly.
∎ Distribute Community Nutrition Volunteers according to Geographical Location and HHs numbers.
∎ Ensure referral mechanism between the nutrition facilities especially to SC.
∎ Ensure beneficiary follow up according CMAM guideline.
∎ Facilitate Nutrition Sector to other stakeholder's meeting.
∎ Monitor daily activity of CHWs, CNVs and all center wise Staffs(Camp Level)
∎ Provide daily report to PM/DPM Deputy on regular activities.
∎ Identify programme gaps and take necessary actions according to Supervisors consent.
∎ Assist PM/DPM in their day-to-day activities and around the Health & Nutrition.
∎ Generate reports on BMS violating.
∎ Solve the problem arising from any conflicts among the staff.
∎ Make daily, weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly report on CMAM in accurately & submit to DPM/PM
∎ Make accurate report on Logistic Item & have to accurate knowledge on stock management.
∎ Maintain liaison with CIC, Block/Sub Maghi & all Community Partners in camp situation.
∎ Coordinate and collaborations Work in close collaboration and coordination with UNHCR & WFP field staffs.
∎ Active participation and supervision of the community mobilization and awareness sessions among the local population.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
