Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree or Equivalent in Social Science, Law and any other Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure operation of the integrated community center.
∎ Coordinate with community group, community protection group, keeps records of group activities, make monthly plan.
∎ Maintain all necessary documentation and reporting related to community center and community-based protection component.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectorial use of HCMP-BRAC.
∎ Participates in different meetings with stakeholders, partners and Govt. officials.
∎ Maintain sound working relationship with community influential, local government representatives, administration and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Manage visitors & donor delegates and organize team meeting and training at field level.
∎ Provide training and support to the volunteers.
∎ Provide technical and supervision to the staffs including giving guidance, building capacity, advice on their work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal Skills
∎ Basic Computer Skills
∎ Good command on English and Bangla and Chittagonian Language.
∎ Ability to work with team.
