Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a communication and capacity building strategy and methodology for project staff and volunteers
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessments at various level of intervention.
∎ Design capacity building plans and implement with timely manner;
∎ Organize relevant training for project staff, volunteers, and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Plan and organize events, meetings, workshops and seminars with relevant stakeholder
∎ Develop training manuals, content outlines and other materials for conducting capacity building activities efficiently.
∎ Develop communication materials like flyers, posters, leaflet, bulletins, newsletters, brochures etc for internal and external communications.
∎ Support in preparing budget of trainings, organize preparatory activities and adjustments of each trainings.
∎ Prepare monitoring tools of capacity building initiatives and assess effectivity of those activities.
∎ Coordinate with field staff, management of BRAC HCMP/RSP and donors to negotiate in favor of training requirements.
∎ Prepare reports of concerned activities and initiate knowledge management initiatives of project.
∎ Assess output and indicate outcome projection of trainings.
∎ Provide training and assistance to develop staff skills in participatory and qualitative approaches.
∎ Produce training materials and develop required messages.
∎ Collect best practices, case studies and relevant stories from field as output/outcome of trainings.
∎ Achieve all documents and evidences in electronic and where necessary printed medium.
∎ Contribute to proposal development and fund-raising activities for future funding
∎ Documentation & writing reports, minutes, media release etc. of events organized
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
