Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Field or Project Organizer, Program Officer/ Manager

Job Context:
∎ Ascertaining the Number of Workers with Physical Impairments and or Disability as Consequence of Occupational Injuries/Diseases and Developing of a Return to Work Policy for the EIPS Project.
∎
∎ Project Duration Up To- 1 November, 2019

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular day to day support to the Project Manager for overall management, coordination, and implementation of the project activities.
∎ Make extensive field visits (factories in Dhaka and Gazipur) whenever necessary.
∎ Facilitate that project maintains essential standards and compliance requirements. Perform additional work according to the project's need and as being assigned by the CDD authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
∎ Team Working, planning and organizing
∎ Willingness to undertake extensive field trip
∎ Considering humanitarian setting is mentally prepared to work for long hours and if necessary during holiday.
∎ Frequent visit .
∎ Experience on report writing.
∎ Sound Computer Knowledge, specially Database software & Ms Excel.

Salary: Tk. 49500 - 50000 (Monthly)
