Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Partner Organizations (POs) in developing annual operational plans, Indicator Tracking Tables (ITTs), and training calendars;
∎ Support POs in achieving measurable outcomes that bring tangible, positive changes to the lives of children and youth with disabilities;
∎ Lead and oversee the effective implementation of POs' planned activities, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables;
∎ Ensure the timely utilization of project resources by partner organizations;
∎ Compile and submit concise progress reports (both quantitative and qualitative) on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis;
∎ Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities among all PO staff and their ability to perform their assigned duties effectively;
∎ Monitor and guide PO staff in maintaining time sheets, monthly work plans, work records, meeting resolutions, and event reports;
∎ Facilitate training / workshop sessions as and when required;
∎ Manage the budget for partner organizations, including forecasting, expenditure tracking, and burn rate monitoring;
∎ Ensure PO expenditures are aligned with donor-approved budget lines and obtain necessary approvals;
∎ Communicate CDD's regulations and compliance guidelines effectively to all PO project staff;
∎ Provide oversight and support to POs to ensure high-quality deliverables and comprehensive, timely reporting;
∎ Networking among POs, other NGOs and relevant stakeholders;
∎ Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants;
∎ Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project;
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures;
