রেডি টু কুক পাঁচমিশালি তে নদী-হাওড়- বিল ও পুকুরের বিভিন্ন ছোট মাছ থাকে। চিংড়ি, পাবদা, কই, শিং, টেংরা ইত্যাদি ধরনের ছোট মাছ থাকে।

Responsibilities & Context:

*** Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:

• Lead the formulation and implementation of the project’s strategic plan and annual work plans.

• Ensure alignment of project objectives with CDD’s mission, donor priorities, and national disability inclusion frameworks.

• Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as necessary.

2. Project Management & Implementation:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of all project activities.

• Ensure compliance with donor agreements, CDD policies, and statutory regulations.

• Monitor quality standards and ensure interventions are inclusive and accessible to persons with disabilities.

3. Financial & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets in coordination with finance teams.

• Monitor expenditure and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

• Approve procurement and expenditures as per organizational policy.

4. Staff Management & Capacity Building:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor project staff, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify professional development needs.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-driven work environment.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, local NGOs, CBOs, and private sector actors.

• Represent the project in coordination forums, workshops, and public events.

• Facilitate advocacy efforts to promote disability-inclusive education, training, and employment.

6. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:

• Oversee the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems.

• Ensure timely preparation of progress reports, case studies, and donor updates.

• Use data and feedback to improve project effectiveness.

7. Communication & Knowledge Management:

• Promote the project’s achievements through media, publications, and events.

• Document lessons learned, best practices, and innovative approaches.

• Support the creation of knowledge products for internal and external use.

8. Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.

• Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.

• Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.

9. Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any other responsibility/ special duty delegated by project and CDD management.

  • The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to develop a more inclusive society for persons with disabilities. CDD simultaneously builds technical capacities of the development stakeholders and the communities in how to be more inclusive whilst also enabling persons with a disability to participate in society by strengthening their leadership and providing them with essential rehabilitation and other supports.

  • CDD is one of the most renowned organizations in the field of disability-inclusive development. CDD’s work in Bangladesh is supported by international and national donor agencies/development partners. CDD offers an inclusive, amicable, and respectable work environment.

  • CDD is accepting application for the position of ‘Program Manager’ under a project named ‘Disability Inclusive Civic Engagement (DICE)’ to be implemented with the supported by the Nagorikata -Civic Engagement Fund (CEF). The duration of the project is till 30th June 2028. The selected candidate will initially be hired for a three-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, his/her employment contract will be renewed on an annual basis.
