This position will be required to provide Case Management service to the GBV survivor in the Camp level. To maintain proper GBV guiding principle in time of Case Management and GBVIMS. To buildup capacity of COM+ and Community Support Group.
Provide professional and confidential support services to survivors of SGBV, ensuring dignity, respect, and privacy at all times.
Deliver case management services using a survivor-centered approach, prioritizing the needs, choices, and well-being of survivors.
Apply GBV guiding principles in all case management activities, ensuring ethical and appropriate handling of sensitive cases.
Manage individual GBV cases effectively, from intake and assessment to planning and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the GBVIMS,
ensuring proper documentation and data integrity.
Use the GBVIMS+ / Primero platform for case management,
ensuring timely and secure data entry and case tracking.
Ensure all case information is handled with strict confidentiality, following established data protection protocols.
Provide accurate and appropriate referrals to relevant service providers, based on the needs of survivors.
Follow up on all referred cases regularly, ensuring survivors receive the necessary support and services.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, to ensure comprehensive and effective case management services.
Safe-guarding:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
