Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation in Social Science or in any relevant subject from any reputed Universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics.
∎ Conduct trainings to case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation.
∎ Closely coaching case workers of Community Centre and SSWG Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases.
∎ Supervise the case worker under GBVIMS+/Primero platform and also maintaining the Case Management Supervision Guiding principals
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Working experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Experience in building up capacity of COMs and Community Support Group on GBV, participating in the overall center activities, attending Camp Coordination and Protection Coordination Meeting will be given preference
