• Must have minimum 12 years of practical experience in Bridge Constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Should be proficient in excel)

Other Skills:

• Must have experience in Bridge Project.

• Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.

• Strong verbal and written skills.

• Job Location: Initially at Pabna, later anywhere in Bangladesh.

Context:

• TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED includes but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Bridges, Multi-Storied Buildings, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc. (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress Monitoring, Sub-Contractor Dealing, Overall Supervision, Liaison and Preparing bills.

• Candidate having experience in Bridge (flexible pavement & rigid pavement), National highway (flexible pavement & rigid pavement), Large Diameter Pile construction work will be given preference. Candidate not having experience in any of the above field are discouraged to apply.

• Experienced in pre/post tension girder construction.

• Candidate must have knowledge on Asphalt Batching Plant & RMC Batching Plant.

• Correspondence and liaison with Govt. (RHD/CAAB/HED/City Corporation) and consultant personnel.

• Should have Government authority ((RHD/CAAB/HED/City Corporation) bill preparation capability.

• Should have capacity to run projects independently.

• Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & technically supporting staff independently who are subordinate.

• Ensure the project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as management decisions.

• Submit project progress report daily, weekly, monthly using MS Project (preferred) /Excel.

• Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.

• Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.

• Experience on ERP budgeting will be preferred.
