Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Social Welfare, Sociology, Political science/Social Science, Management or relevant subjects.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership, direction and moral support to the project staffs for effectively achieving the set goals and objectives of the project, developing their knowledge and skill, providing management support, staff, material and equipment needed, for achieving the planned activities of the project on time.
∎ To visit different social institutions of CEPPD Project for social, political and economic empowerment of individual members and communities.
∎ To ensure child rights through strengthening the capacities of Self-Help Groups for socio-economic transformation.
∎ To facilitate the process for enhancing child development, protection and participation by encouraging a child safe environment.
∎ To ensure that all core values are implemented effectively in all CEPPD Project areas.
∎ To network with GOB & NGOs and attend in different forum, meetings.
∎ To increase awareness and strengthen the capacities of the civil society and duty bearers so that they can provide protection to the children from abuse & exploitation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years working experience on child rights and self help group approach and community development in a reputable organization.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English language.
∎ Report writing & analytical skill (both Bangla & English
∎ Capable & willingness to drive Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ Project Management, Budgeting, Monitoring, Supervision& Evaluation skill.
∎ Communication, Advocacy & Lobbing, Networking & Interpersonal skill.
∎ Strong Presentation/Facilitation/Training/ Counseling and motivational skill
∎ Computer Skill on MS Office and data analysis skill.

∎ As per Project Scale
