Job Context:
∎ World Concern Bangladesh, an International Non-Government Organization has microcredit programs, education programs, child rights program, disaster risk reduction program, integrated development programs, capacity building and organizational development program both in rural and urban areas. We are searching some energetic, smart & potential candidates for the following key positions for its new Integrated Development Project (IDP) for Shuhilpur Union under Brahmanbaria district:
∎ Job Location: Project Office based.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role of the position :
∎ To provide leadership, direction and moral support to the program related staff for effectively achieving the set goals and objectives of the program, for protection of human rights, justice, good governance in the communities.
∎ To ensure the management support by providing material and equipment needed by the area, for achieving the planned activities of the program, on time.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Operate & ensure IDP project as per plan.
∎ Social empowerment of the poor and their institutions (groups).
∎ Transform and integrate the ultra poor into the main stream of development.
∎ Conduct baseline survey.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 8 - 10 years working experience in Multi-sectoral or Integrated project management in a reputable organization on integrated social development.
∎ Training on Project Management, Approach to Rural Development, Communication, Advocacy & Networking, Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Training of Trainer, Right based approach is highly preferable.
∎ Ability to drive motor-cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Management skill, Training skill, Teaching and Monitoring skill, Counseling Skills, Interpersonal & Human Resource Management Skill and Financial Management skill.
∎ Report Writing Skills (English & Bangla).
∎ Computer Operating Skill on MS Office.
Salary:
∎ As per Salary Scale of the organization.
