∎ অভিজ্ঞতা: সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।ভিডিও প্রোডাকশন ও ক্লায়েন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্টের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ভিডিও প্রজেক্টের পুরো প্রক্রিয়া (প্রি-প্রোডাকশন, শুটিং, পোস্ট-প্রোডাকশন) ব্যবস্থাপনা করা
∎ ক্লায়েন্ট, স্ক্রিপ্টরাইটার, ডিরেক্টর, ক্যামেরাম্যান, এডিটর এবং অন্যান্য টিম সদস্যদের সঙ্গে কার্যকর সমন্বয় রক্ষা করা।
∎ শুটিং শিডিউল, লোকেশন, ট্যালেন্ট ও প্রয়োজনীয় রিসোর্স নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ক্লায়েন্টের কাছ থেকে প্রজেক্ট বুকিং নিশ্চিত করা এবং চুক্তি অনুযায়ী অ্যাডভান্স ও ফুল পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ সময়সীমা ও বাজেট অনুযায়ী প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ প্রতিটি ডেলিভারির মান ও ক্লায়েন্ট ব্রিফ অনুযায়ী কাজ হচ্ছে কি না তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত সমস্যা সমাধানে তাৎক্ষণিক পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া।
∎ মিডিয়া প্রোডাকশন সংশ্লিষ্ট কোর্স থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।
∎ চাকরির বিবরণ: আমরা খুঁজছি একজন অভিজ্ঞ ও দায়িত্বশীল প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজার, যিনি আমাদের ভিডিও প্রোডাকশন প্রজেক্টগুলো প্রি-প্রোডাকশন থেকে শুরু করে পোস্ট-প্রোডাকশন পর্যন্ত সম্পূর্ণভাবে তদারকি ও পরিচালনা করবেন। ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে সমন্বয়, বুকিং কনফার্মেশন ও পেমেন্ট ফলোআপসহ প্রজেক্ট সংক্রান্ত সবকিছুই তাঁর দায়িত্বের মধ্যে পড়বে।
