Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed aquaculture company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for its Vannamei Shrimp Farming Project.
- Oversee and manage the entire Vannamei shrimp culture project from pond preparation to harvest.
- Monitor water quality, feed management, health and growth of shrimp stock.
- Lead the farm team, ensure timely operations, and maintain biosecurity protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and top management for smooth operation.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
