∎ Project: Peace Building and Social Cohesion (PBSC)
∎ Project Period: 2 years, possibility of extension
∎ Accountable to: Country Director/his assigned official
∎ Staff Category Project based
Additional Requirements:
∎ A least 10 years experiences in the related field including 5 years in senior management position with responsibility of project proposal and report writing, resource mobilization, staff supervision and providing strategic leadership.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge and clear understanding in political scenario and electoral process of Bangladesh, good governance, democracy, human rights and social issues.
∎ Experiences of running big social projects independently or with minimum supervision.
∎ Good connection with political parties, local political leaders, members of the civil society and social activists.
∎ Clear knowledge on project management, project cycle and result based management.
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship.
∎ Exceptional transformative leadership skills for building leadership of others.
∎ Sound knowledge of development concepts specially local government and women's empowerment.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft ward, Excels, Power points and presentation.
