Next Page Technology Ltd. is a growing software development company working on School Management, VAT, and ERP solutions. We are currently transforming our School Management Software from Laravel to Python and developing a large-scale VAT Software using JavaScript & Spring Boot.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and technically sound Project Manager who can lead software projects, manage Agile development processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality delivery within timeline.

Job Responsibilities

A.    Project Governance & Agile Leadership

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Conduct key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Defect Triage meetings.

• Know precisely what individual team members are working on daily and break down complex, large-scale tasks into smaller, manageable sub-tasks.

• Estimate realistic project timelines and sprint delivery targets based on scope and historical team velocity.

• Monitor project progress, sprint status, bug lifecycle, and delivery risks using tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

B.    Performance Management (KPI Execution)

• Define, implement, and manage SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every role within the engineering and support teams.

• Monitor individual and team productivity metrics to continuously optimize workflow efficiency and delivery quality.

C.    QA Management & Release Governance

• Manage end-to-end QA activities across multiple concurrent software tracks by planning, assigning, and tracking Manual, API, Regression, and Automation testing tasks.

• Coordinate tightly with Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration, smooth test execution, and completely defect-free software updates.

• Track and oversee the full bug lifecycle from identification to verified closure.

• Ensure all software releases meet strict corporate, performance, and regulatory standards before authorizing production deployments.

D.    Migration & Support Coordination

• Directly track and mitigate risks during active system migrations: Laravel to Python (School Management) and Laravel to JavaScript/Spring Boot (VAT System).

• Coordinate with the Support Team to monitor post-deployment issues, customer feedback, and after-sales service operations for the School Management system.
