Job Context:
∎ Society for Participatory Action and Reflection (SPAR) is one of the leading, non-profit organization, fully dedicated to humanitarian services since 2004. SPAR staff and volunteers continue to work tirelessly for the relief of affected people across Bangladesh. Our dedicated services include emergency supports, food supports, health & hygiene services, education/skills development, orphan care, clean water, and sustainable livelihood supports.
∎ The incumbent need to manage all the onsite charitable program, follow up with on field program officer and ensure the accomplishment of the project and communicate with corporate partners.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, executing and managing the charitable program.
∎ Project Proposal writing
∎ Providing necessary guideline and technical support to the program officer.
∎ Follow up with on field program officer and check the progress.
∎ Supervise project delivery plan, implementation and reporting
∎ Prepare progress report weekly and share with the program head.
∎ Project compliance, documentation and donor relationship
∎ Lead fund raising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong Communication skill and Fluent in English is mandatory
∎ Excellent organization, coordination, report writing and team management skills.
∎ Working experience at any charitable organization is a plus.
