Job Context:
∎ Lead, inspire and motivate a multi-discipline (C#/PHP) Software/Web development team.
∎ Be a point of contact for the development aspect of projects.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of tasks including gathering requirements and writing technical specifications.
∎ Help build a `delivery with high quality` culture that is accountability and results orientated.
∎ Meet ambitious timelines while balancing business risks and trade-offs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical skilslet required for Senior/Lead Developer (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI);
∎ A clear understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
∎ Must have working experience with MySQL/MS SQL and writing complex SQL queries, stored procedure, trigger and functions.
∎ Must have strong knowledge and understanding of C#, ASP.NET (MVC), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
∎ Must have strong knowledge and understanding of PHP, Wordpress, PHP-Frameworks, eCommerce Scripts
∎ Must be familiar with any relational database, like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of object oriented software development
∎ Very Good knowledge with Bootstrap framework
∎ Good working experience with Node.js, React.JS
∎ Experience using REST or SOAP API
