∎ Proficient in understanding, interpreting, reproducing, and identifying issues, with the ability to perform comprehensive root cause analysis.
∎ Highly computer literate, capable of independently producing various analytical reports and statements.
∎ Holds strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective coordination with team members and management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve complex issues.
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate, plan, implement, and monitor new projects or enhance existing operational models. This includes involvement in new product development, system and process improvements, and innovation in daily operations.
∎ Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement, driving the development and trial of new ideas to optimize service operations.
∎ A key player with robust knowledge in ERP, different ISO standards, Service of Home Appliance and IT product service within warranty and out of warranty period.
∎ Develop and manage both long- and short-term project plans, set milestone targets, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
∎ Make informed decisions when presented with multiple options for advancing service operations.
∎ Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes and aligning them with company goals.
∎ Ensure high-quality service delivery by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
∎ Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and contribute to overall team success.
∎ Generate insights with excellent reporting and presentation skills to communicate project status and results.
∎ Exhibit strong team leadership skills, driving the team towards achieving challenging targets with a positive and motivating approach.
∎ Demonstrate flexibility in adopting new processes and implementing them promptly.
