Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual work plan, budget as & when needed
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual progress reports. Learning and good practices documents and disseminate to donor and head office
∎ Support in procurement process for the project related procurements
∎ Arrange donor visit/maintain coordination with donor by shoeing impact and meet their expectation, even go beyond that
∎ Ensure that logistics and administrative arrangements are made timely with the concerned departments
∎ Facilitate and organize different WASH meeting, training, workshop in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
∎ Follow up and monitor the progress of works and provide necessary guidance to ensure quality
∎ Arrange personal travel to attend forums, meetings and to field locations as necessary
∎ Assist humanitarian emergency disaster management (if happen during project)
∎ Ensure the monthly reporting requirement to head office
∎ Identifying and addressing staff capacity building opportunities
∎ Work with a team and build their capacity through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings in line of quality assurance
∎ Assess the performance of the staff and take appropriate measures accordingly
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant agencies, local government institutions and other relevant stakeholders and influence them for pro-poor services and efficient systems
∎ Any other jobs assigned for the benefit of the project.
